Nothin much to write tonight…but I wanted to share with you a picture that hangs on my wall.

Back when I was first thinking about training as a Life Coach with TurningLeaf, I of course had those thoughts of…. could I do it, could I be good enough, who am I, what do I know.

My mom and my uncle saw this picture below and got it for me.  It hangs on my wall, and periodically I look at it and smile.  And in the past 8 years of working toward my goal, when I would doubt, this picture would remind me to look in the mirror and see what I chose to see and to believe in ME.  Now I have an office, teach parenting classes, my sister and I published a BOOK, and feel like I am making a difference.  It really doesn’t matter if the whole world believes in you…it matters if you believe in yourself!!!  So today I challenge you, just as I still have to challenge myself.  Choose to see you, the way you want to see you.  Choose to believe in you!!!! It really is a CHOICE.  Even when you feel doubt, fear, or incompetent, CHOOSE not to focus there.  Focus on who you want to be and when you look in the mirror, you just might surprise yourself!!!
